Who Can Join?
Open to students entering 1st through 8th grade in fall 2025.
Season Timeline:
The season runs from mid-July through November.
Game Day Excitement:
Sideline cheerleaders will bring energy and spirit to SPJFA football teams, including the PeeWees, 89ers, Juniors, Bantams, and Senior teams.
Community Spirit:
Each July, our cheerleaders proudly participate in the Kla Ha Ya Days Parade. Before the parade, we will hold a "Catch Up Camp" where cheerleaders will receive their camp and practice gear, review cheers, and prepare for the parade.
Practice & Game Schedule:
- Practices begin in August and are typically 3-4 days per week for 1-2 hours, depending on grade level and coaching staff.
- Cheerleaders will support the Snohomish Panthers Junior Football Association (SPJFA) teams for seven gameson Saturdays from mid-August through late October.
- Playoff and championship games may extend through the second Saturday of November.
- Squad assignments will be announced by the end of the first full week of practice.
What You’ll Need:
Each cheerleader must have a pair of white athletic shoes. It is recommended to practice in the same shoes that will be worn throughout the season. Registration & Costs:
The registration fee covers:
- Field and utility rentals
- First aid kits and storage costs
- Cheerleader jackets
- Practice and parade t-shirts
- Team and individual photos
- UCA Summer Camp (2-3 days) – dates and location to be determined, aiming for early to mid-August
Fees for the 2025 Season
- $275 Registration Fee (due in full at registration)
- $350 Uniform Cost
Uniform Fittings:
We will have uniform fittings in April (dates TBD) as our uniforms are customized and it can take up to 12 weeks from ordering these until we may receive them.
